Delivery & Returns 

Delivery:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Lion & Me London delivers all over the world with few exceptions. We ship on a DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK.

EU CUSTOMERS

Please note that now the UK is no longer part of the EU, you will liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in your country of receipt.

If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities before placing an order. 

Packages returned rejected because of  duties, taxes and charges will not be refunded for shipping.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

We provide a standard delivery service:

· UK mainland - £3.9 | 1 - 3 days | FREE on orders over £150
· Europe - £18 | 3 - 4 days
· United States - £20 | 4 - 6 days  |  FREE on orders over £250
· Rest of world - £20 | 4 - 6 days  |  FREE on orders over £250

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy about our kids clothing, we accept returns ordered within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.

The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense. All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, we will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status worn or damaged. Please note it is the customers responsibility to send the goods back. We cannot be held accountable for parcels that fail to reach us.

If you wish to return/exchange an item simply fill out the returns form provided and enclose this form with your items to be returned and send to:

All returns charges are to be paid by the customer. Except for exchanges. 

Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then be processed.
